Au Bénin, l’enclavement et la vétusté de la gare routière centrale de la ville de Bohicon génèrent un manque à gagner pour la municipalité et les conducteurs. Le projet d'aménagement urbain et d'appui à la décentralisation a permis de construire une gare moderne, améliorant ainsi le transport interurbain et les revenus de la commune.
